Software Engineer (Cluster-to-Cluster)

Join our Cluster to Cluster (C2C) Services team as a Software Engineer. You will build and support new solutions for scalability, performance, and usability challenges. Your work will involve data movement, disaster recovery features, and collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams. You will also mentor team members and solve technical problems in a distributed environment.

• Concevoir et développer des solutions pour améliorer la scalabilité, la performance et l'utilisabilité des services de migration de données.
• Collaborer avec les équipes produit, design et ingénierie pour construire des fonctionnalités qui répondent aux besoins des clients.
• Mentorer et contribuer à la croissance des membres de l'équipe, en partageant vos connaissances et votre expertise.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Skilled at writing distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Java, C#, Go, C++ etc)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and experience designing APIs and services in a microservice environment
• Motivated to solve tough problems and continually expand their knowledge
• Experience in one or more of: data streaming or replication, database systems, scalability, performance, reliability, or fault tolerance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, primarily focused on backend systems
• Curious, collaborative, empathetic, and intellectually honest
