Lead Revops - €60–80K + BSPCE

Join Vocca, a fast-growing startup in the healthcare automation and voice AI space. As the Lead RevOps, you will be responsible for driving revenue operations end-to-end, including sales and go-to-market operations, onboarding and delivery operations, billing and revenue, revenue analytics, and process and documentation. You will work closely with the Head of RevOps and Head of Sales, and have a direct impact on the company's growth and success.

• Own Revenue Operations end-to-end, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Ops, Finance, and Product.
• Define the strategy, build, run, document, and iterate on systems to support the sales team.
• Implement compensation rules as the single source of truth; automate calculations, reporting, and payout exports.
