About The Role
Join Metropolis, a fast-growing company focused on delivering seamless and intelligent experiences across our network of locations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
- Capacity to ingest a high volume of requests from cross-functional stakeholders, gracefully push back, and confidently say "no" to preserve bandwidth for true growth drivers
- 3+ years in Product Management, specifically within a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment
- A proven systems thinker who excels at navigating high-ambiguity environments and translating complex, cross-functional operational needs into clear product requirements
- A strong understanding of how product decisions impact B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and the broader business case
- Proven ability to manage products in a hyper-growth environment, balancing the need for speed and iteration with maintaining the stability of high-volume, transaction-based systems (processing billions of dollars annually)
- Motivated by scale, complexity, and the thrill of solving problems that directly impact the company's valuation and operational efficiency
- Comfortable working with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations
- Demonstrated experience in a full-stack product environment, designing solutions that seamlessly blend software, hardware, and physical operational processes
