Senior Software Engineer

Join Reveleer as a Senior Software Engineer, where you will design, build, and maintain reliable software within a defined problem space. You will focus on strong execution, sound technical decision making, and helping the team deliver high-quality software that meets product and business needs. Your role will involve hands-on development, day-to-day technical leadership, and supporting modernization and quality improvements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver agreed outcomes.

• Design, build, and maintain reliable software within a defined problem space, focusing on the development and operation of data processing pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines that facilitate the seamless ingestion of data from various data sources, transforming the data into meaningful formats.
• Participate in design discussions, review code, share best practices, and support the growth of less experienced engineers.
• A bias for action, paired with a high bar for reliability, security, and maintainability
• Adept at integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into daily work to increase velocity
• Knowledge of Python, AWS Lambdas and Java
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to influence without formal authority, aligning teams around sound engineering decisions
• Proven ability to contribute to complex technical initiatives from concept through deployment, with clear ownership and follow through
• Strong experience in data processing, warehousing, tools, and techniques
• 5+ years of designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based architecture
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate quality through clear standards and practical coaching
