Account Executive

Join our Growth team as an Account Executive in New Jersey. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle in your assigned region, transforming opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful client connections. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine sales strategies and contribute to process improvements.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines
• Professional proficiency in English. Any additional languages are a plus
• Proven track record as account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels
