Senior DevOps Engineer

Join our team as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where you'll be our first dedicated DevOps/MLOps expert. You'll work closely with our ML team, which is currently running over 100 active AI projects on GCP. Your role will be to empower ML engineers with the tools and infrastructure they need to iterate quickly and autonomously, accelerate time-to-market for production-ready ML products, and own ML CI/CD in collaboration with the ML team. You'll also tackle technical debt on existing projects while laying the right foundations for future growth. Fluency in French and English is required, along with a strong background in MLOps or DevOps.

• Empower ML Engineers with the tools, infrastructure, and frameworks they need to iterate fast autonomously.
• Accelerate time-to-market for production-ready ML products: seamless integration, proper service connections, access to data and resources.
• Own ML CI/CD in close collaboration with the ML team, adapting existing frameworks to ML-specific needs, not just consuming them.

• Hands-on with real MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, KubeRay
• AI Coding Assistants (Claude, Cursor, Dust)
• Solid MLOps or DevOps, background projects shipped in prod matter more than years on a resume
• IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Helm), observability (Prometheus, Datadog, Looker)
• Kubernetes in prod, not just in a lab
• Data lifecycle management (cost, security, encryption)
• GPU-aware: you've managed GPU scarcity at scale during mass training runs
• Fluent in French and English
• GCP expert: Vertex AI, GKE, GCS, BigQuery
• Python is a must, Bash expected, Go or Rust a plus
• Full GitOps: FluxCD first, ArgoCD accepted
• Jupyter Notebooks, broader ML/AI ecosystem
• Data pipelines (Airflow, Dataflow, Kestra)
• Redis clusters and infrastructure performance optimization
