About The Role

Join Take-Two Interactive, a leader in the interactive entertainment industry, as a Business Intelligence Developer. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, maintain and administer Tableau Server, build and optimize data sources, and partner with business teams to deliver scalable BI solutions. You will also conduct exploratory data analysis, define data visualization standards, and evaluate emerging AI and NLP tools. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in SQL-based data analysis, experience with Tableau Server/Online administration, and strong communication skills.

  • 2+ years of Tableau Server/Online administration experience, including user and permissions management, site configuration, workbook publishing, extract scheduling, and performance optimization of workbooks and data sources
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with building BI solutions preferably in Tableau
  • Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online Administration — 2+ years (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with business partners, data developers, and product teams in an agile environment to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions iteratively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
  • SQL — intermediate to advanced (required)
  • Experience conducting data analysis tasks including data cleaning, blending, aggregation, and root-cause investigation of data quality issues
  • Solid SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across relational databases and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake)
  • Figma or equivalent design/prototyping tool (required)
  • AWS data services — Redshift, S3, QuickSight
  • Amazon Q or other NLP/AI analytics tools
  • Power BI or Looker
  • Python for data analysis and automation
  • Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms
  • Experience in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry
