Business Development Representative

Join Versa Networks as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base, conducting high-volume outbound cold calls, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings with decision-makers. You will work closely with your account executive to strategize on target accounts and build a strong pipeline. The position offers a range of benefits, including ESOP, incentives, bonuses, and health insurance. Fluency in German is required.

• Erweiterung des Kundenstamms von Versa durch Identifizierung von potenziellen Kunden und Initiierung der ersten Kontaktaufnahme.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Executive, um Strategien zur Ansprache von Zielkonten zu entwickeln und eine bedeutende Pipeline aufzubauen.
• Durchführung von hochvolumigen Kaltakquise-Anrufen, um Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsfachleute in Unternehmen zu erreichen.

• Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
• Bachelor’s degree
• Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Must be fluent in German
• Clear track record of overachievement in college or career
• Strong problem-solving skills
