About The Role
- Provide safe, effective, evidence-based, and patient-centered nutrition care throughout the nutrition care process. 2. Conduct nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation based on patients’ nutritional needs and medical conditions. 3. Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and nutrition counseling to patients. 4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support comprehensive patient care. 5. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety standards within nutrition and dietetic services. 6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and professional development related to nutrition and dietetics. 7. Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation of nutrition care and patient interventions.
