About The Role
Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career, where no two days are the same!
Duties may include
- Companionship - Ensuring your clients enjoy regular and and meaningful social interaction.  This is an extremely important part of your visit.
- Home help: Supporting with everyday tasks such as light housework and meal preparation.
- Accompanying clients to appointment or taking them shopping.
- Personal care - Supporting clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
- Support prompting or administering medication.
- Pay: £13.15 - £14.25 per hour for a two-hour visit, £15.00 - £16.10 for a one-hour visit. (Our visits are mostly 2 hours long) Plus £1 travel supplement, per visit.

- No experience is required as we provide award-winning in-house training.  Transferrable skills such as caring for your own loved ones is welcomed.

Required
- Availability - Minimum of 10 hours per week & every other weekend availability
-  Must be a driver and have access to a suitable vehicle.
- 35p per mile for travel between your clients and 45p per mile when you take your clients into the community.
