In This Global Future Leader role, you will act as an
AI Enablement & Business Insights Specialist
Role Overview
In this role, you will support the use of AI, analytics, and automation across Lenovo’s Services and Solutions Group (SSG) Enablement organization. You will work closely with business managers, enablement leaders, and operations teams to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, automate recurring processes, and support the adoption of AI-enabled productivity solutions. This role is designed for an early-career professional interested in business analytics, AI enablement, automation, and operations who can translate data and emerging technologies into practical solutions that improve business performance and productivity.
What You’ll Do
Business Insights & Reporting: Develop and maintain recurring business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers while analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
Data-Driven Recommendations: Support business managers and enablement teams with reporting and analysis requests and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and administrative processes, simplify workflows, and reduce manual effort using available tools and platforms.
AI Tools & Solutions: Assist with the creation, testing, and improvement of AI-powered tools, copilots, prompts, and automation workflows that support business productivity.
AI Adoption & Enablement: Support AI pilot programs and adoption initiatives while helping users understand available AI capabilities, best practices, and productivity use cases.
Business Operations Support: Support planning activities, business reviews, enablement programs, and operational initiatives through reporting, analysis, and consistent performance tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business managers, enablement leaders, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, collect feedback, and continuously improve reporting, AI, and productivity solutions.
What You’ll Learn

- How to support AI adoption through user education, guidance materials, training resources, and practical business use cases.
- How business managers, enablement leaders, and operations teams use data, AI, and performance metrics to support planning, business reviews, and decision-making.
Job Requirements: Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Relevant experience in business operations, reporting, analytics, sales support, enablement, or a related field.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze business data, identify trends, solve problems, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
Reporting & Analytics: Experience using Excel, Power BI, reporting tools, or analytics platforms to develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights, requirements, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Organization & Collaboration: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business managers, enablement leaders, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI tools, or automation technologies.
- Experience supporting business reviews, sales operations, enablement programs, or related operational initiatives.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, performance trackers, or workflow automations.
- Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools, copilots, prompts, or automation workflows.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation or workflow simplification.
- Interest in applying AI, analytics, and automation to improve business productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
GLF Program Requirements
- Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
- Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
- Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%)
