Seasonal Houseman

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Fulfill special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, and other guest amenities Collect dirty linen, garbage, and recyclables from Room Attendant carts and closets in a timely and efficient manner Report necessary maintenance items and safety concerns to appropriate personnel Restock and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment throughout the property Assist Room Attendants with room turnover during peak seasons and high-occupancy periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets, storage areas, and common spaces Support deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance initiatives as assigned. Follow all departmental policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation standards consistently Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs with professionalism and courtesy Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times Assist with special events, conventions, or large group check-ins as needed Report any damages, lost and found items, or security concerns to management immediately

Previous Housekeeping experience an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
