**Key Responsibilities**

**Retail Leadership & Team Management**

**Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team**
**Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees**
**Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture**
**Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning**

**Sales & Business Growth**

**Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals**
**Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity**
**Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention**
**Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives**

**Customer Experience**

**Required**

**Fluent in both English and Spanish**
**Previous experience as a:**

**Wireless Retail Manager**
**Telecommunications Manager**
**Customer Service Manager**

**Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills**
**Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals**
**Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities**
**Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**
**Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**
**Ability to stand for long periods of time**
**Ability to lift up to 25lbs**

**Preferred**

**Experience in telecommunications, wireless, internet, cable, or technology sales**
**Experience with Comcast Xfinity, wireless carriers, or consumer electronics retail environments**
**Multi-unit retail or high-volume sales experience**
