Develop and execute **sales strategies** to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, manage, and monitor the **sales team’s performance**.

5+ **years of experience in Sales** managerial role.
Experience in **Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Gadgets, Electrical, or related industries** is preferred.
Proven track record of **achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth**.
Strong experience in **team leadership and sales management**.
Good understanding of **distribution, retail, dealer, or key account management**.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to develop sales strategies based on **market and sales data**.
