This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist for an 8-Figure D2C Supplement Brand based in Mexico.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the creative strategy behind a high-growth direct-to-consumer supplement <brand.You> will drive paid advertising performance by developing compelling concepts, messaging, hooks, and scripts designed to convert.Working closely with creative, media buying, and leadership teams, you will operate within a fast-paced test-and-learn environment.Your decisions will be grounded in campaign data, customer insights, consumer psychology, competitive research, and emerging creative <trends.You> will have meaningful influence over creative strategy rather than simply executing predefined briefs.The role is ideal for a performance-minded creative who enjoys rapid experimentation, iteration, and scaling winning ideas.

Accountabilities

  • Research competitor advertising, creative trends, viral content, and platform best practices to identify opportunities for new concepts and angles.
  • Develop multiple creative concepts and advertising angles each week using performance data, customer insights, market trends, and consumer psychology.
  • Create compelling hooks, messaging, and scripts across formats including UGC, VSLs, static advertisements, and short-form video.
  • Review feedback and campaign performance metrics from media buyers and translate insights into actionable creative iterations.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, Senior Creative Strategist, media buyers, designers, and video producers to develop and refine advertising concepts.
  • Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to production teams to ensure concepts are executed effectively.
  • Participate in weekly creative testing cycles focused on generating hypotheses, testing new ideas, learning from results, and scaling successful concepts.
  • Continuously optimize creative strategy based on advertising performance and changing audience behaviors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing performance-focused creative for DTC eCommerce brands, preferably in high-growth or subscription-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and the ability to develop hooks, angles, messaging, and concepts that drive conversions.
  • Solid knowledge of consumer psychology and the ability to translate customer motivations and pain points into compelling advertising.
  • Experience conceptualizing and scripting multiple ad formats, including UGC, VSLs, static ads, and short-form video.
  • Ability to interpret advertising performance metrics and use quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide creative decisions.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify relevant competitor strategies, emerging trends, and opportunities across Meta and Instagram.
  • Ability to generate high-quality concepts quickly and continuously iterate based on data and campaign results.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to thrive within collaborative, fast-paced feedback loops.
  • Highly adaptable, performance-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of creative strategy and outcomes.
