And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from youKey responsibilitiesSupporting day-to-day marketing activities and preparing content for social media and other materialsAssisting with the organisation of events and promotional activitiesManaging calendars and scheduling meetingsPreparing meetings, calls, presentations and other business materialsWorking in Excel/Google Sheets and preparing and updating reportsOrganising promotional materials and Teya merchandiseTracking agreed activities and deadlinesCoordinating various ad hoc tasks and supporting the team’s day-to-day operationsHandling basic communication with suppliers and partnersRequirementsCurrent student of Marketing, Communications, Design or a related fieldAt least one year of experience in an office environmentPrevious marketing experience is an advantageAvailability to work 32 hours per weekGood knowledge of MS Office, Excel and/or Google SheetsExperience working with CanvaStrong organisational skills, independence and a sense of responsibilityExperience working with Adobe programmes, CapCut or similar tools is an additional advantageWhat we offerAn opportunity to learn and develop through hands-on work on concrete marketing and business tasksModern equipmentA pleasant office environment with snacks and a supportive atmosphereTeam support and opportunities for further professional developmentTeya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work.
