Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer collections and payment status.
• Support preparation and execution of Booking Forms, Deposit Agreements, Escrow Agreements, and SPA.
• Monitor bank loan documentation and coordinate with customers and banks.
• Support subsale transactions and prepare required documents.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• English communication is a plus.
