Volunteer/Intern: Board Training Specialist

About The Role
- Organize and implement training programs, presentations, and workshops for volunteers/interns.
- Use creativity in designing training procedures.
- Assess training needs of volunteers/interns and formulate appropriate training plans in accordance with these needs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Consult with other Board members and report training plans and results.
- Coordinate with training volunteer/interns to design and implement training.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or another related field.
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
- Good management skills
- Passion for women’s education and economic opportunities.
