About The Role

  • Lead and oversee third party claims and legal activities across the Zone.
  • Monitor and drive loss ratio improvement, claims registration, processing, award compliance and timely settlement of claims.
  • Manage and monitor MACT litigation, including case strategy , legal proceedings, awards and executions.
  • Drive settlement of claims through Lok adalats
  • Monitor performance of panel lawyers
  • Lead and guide the Zonal team by ensuring proper coordination across geographically dispersed locations.

  • BA, BL- Must , Post graduation is an optional.
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of industry experience.
