Executive - Operations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute day-to-day operational functions related to Shipping agency activities ensuring smooth and efficient vessel and cargo operations.
• Coordinate with customers, slot operators, principals to prepare accurate and timely Inward/Outward Declarations.
• Prepare and transmit Inward/Outward Terminal Data Reports (TDRs) to respective terminals and proactively resolve any discrepancies or data-related issues.
• Support the achievement of Operational KPIs of both principals and the company through efficient and timely execution of documentation and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and statistical data to facilitate performance monitoring, analysis and management reporting.
• Attend and coordinate On-board vessel operations ensuring effective communication with vessel personnel and relevant stakeholders.
• Verify vendor invoices for accuracy, supporting documentation and contractual compliance before submitting them for payment processing.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 6 ‘Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English.
• A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related industry.
• Good command of English both written and verbal.
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office packages.
