Coordinator Facilities
Flowserve B.V. (Netherlands) · Etten-Leur, Netherlands
About The Role
Summary
The Flowserve campus in Etten-Leur is your workplace. We are talking about 5 buildings, 30 CNC machines, 20,000 m² of grounds, and 150 workspaces where you, together with 2 other colleagues, will take care of all facility-related matters.
Every day brings new challenges—no two days are the same.
Colleagues moving internally? You arrange it.
A roller door is broken? You make sure it gets repaired.
Do you see improvements? You start a project and ensure it gets executed.
You take pride in attention to detail. You notice issues and resolve them before anyone else even realizes there’s a problem.
For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on professional—someone proactive and practical, but also a team player. You’ll work closely with both internal colleagues and external contractors. Naturally, you communicate clearly and keep all agreements properly documented in the system.
