We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive Workforce Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role involving analyzing workload forecasts, employee availability, and compliance requirements to develop accurate schedules. The scheduler will collaborate with managers and team leads to adjust plans as needed, monitor adherence, and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in scheduling tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate staff schedules based on business needs and employee availability.
• Analyze workload forecasts and adjust schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Monitor schedule adherence and address any deviations promptly.
• Collaborate with managers and team leads to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and approvals.
• Provide regular reports on staffing levels and scheduling efficiency.
• Continuously improve scheduling processes and recommend system enhancements.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in workforce scheduling, resource planning, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and workforce management tools.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and company policies.
