We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive Workforce MIS to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role involving analyzing huge number of data, employee headcount, and compliance requirements to develop accurate reports. MIS will collaborate with managers, departments and other stakeholders, to ensure logical output of performances and metrics. Should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency reporting tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate reports for performances and metrics.
• Analyze huge data that can be interpreted into a reports output.
• Collaborate with managers, departments and other stakeholders to ensure logical output of reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain and provide accurate raw data and reports.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in workforce and reporting.
• Familiarity with any report's software such as Power BI and Excel and workforce management tools.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and company policies.
