About The Role

  • Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain QMS policies and BIS standards to ensure consistent quality.
  • Raw Material Quality Control: Manage the quality of incoming raw materials and ensure they meet production requirements.
  • Laboratory Management: Oversee laboratory operations, including inventory management and safety compliance.
  • Kiln Operation Support: Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for stable kiln operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain quality and stock of incoming raw materials as per production plans.
  • Safety Compliance Responsibility: Ensure adherence to safety standards during material handling.
  • Dust Control and Waste Minimization: Promote sustainability initiatives and minimize waste.
  • Training: Provide on-job training to subordinates for skill development.
  • Quality Data and Parameters: Update quality data and parameters in SAP and release materials for consumption.
