The Customer Service Unit (CSU) in the Taylorsville ORS office is looking for dedicated people to work as ORS Agents (Compliance Agent I). They are responsible for answering phone calls from clients and providing case and policy related information while utilizing strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities •Provides exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. •Educates and explains case actions, policy, and procedures in a clear and concise manner. •Responds to client inquiries while complying with ORS policy and procedures. •Conducts research to analyze facts and apply knowledge of the Office of Recovery Services rules, regulations, and policies
