Director of National On-Site Operations

You will ensure the safe, profitable, and reliable operation of facilities while maintaining strict compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Manage KPIs, costs, contracts, productivity initiatives, and cost reduction opportunities to achieve business objectives and drive results Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention through adherence to contractual obligations and support regional leadership on contract renewals Further partner with engineering, senior leadership, and executive management to align product line designs, operating strategies, and cross-functional business objectives Oversee staffing, startup, commissioning, operational readiness, management of change processes, and response efforts during operational disruptions Also, lead, develop, and direct employees through training, coaching, performance management, process improvements, and organization-wide operational initiatives
