About this Position Henkel is searching a Shift Supervisor in Alatau, Zarechnoye village, Henkel plant. What you´ll do Ensure the completion of shift production targets. Supervise personnel and production line operations. Prepare work schedules and assign production tasks. Order raw materials and packaging materials. Conduct inventory counts. Maintain records of all types of equipment downtime. Participate in initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing work processes. Monitor packaging quality, product appearance, and proper stacking. Monitor the quality and consumption of production supplies. Maintain records of finished goods output. Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the production area.
