Head of Professional Salon Business

About this Position We are looking for an ambitious commercial leader to shape the future of our Professional Salon Business. With full responsibility for sales performance, gross profit, customer acquisition, and team development, you will drive growth through strategic planning, execution excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration. What you´ll do Lead the full Professional Salon business across Field Sales and Wholesale channels. Deliver sustainable Net Sales and Gross Profit growth through high-performing commercial organization and integrated collaboration Business Leadership Own Net Sales, Gross Profit, Share of Wallet, and New Customer Acquisition targets Monitor business performance, KPIs, and market developments to ensure delivery Identify new market segments, business opportunities, and target customers Design and execute commercial initiatives that drive market growth, expand the customer base, and increase sales Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the Field Sales organization, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and succession planning Strengthen key account performance and build a pipeline for sustainable business growth Drive collaboration and best-practice sharing across countries and teams Support Education commercial priorities and business goals Commercial Partnership Partner with Marketing, Education, and other functions to drive Growth Triangle execution Lead joint business planning with key partners to deliver mutual growth • Oversee promotional frameworks, commercial agreements and customer plans Performance Management Govern execution standards and implementation across field and wholesale teams Lead forecasting, budgeting, and annual business planning processes Drive continuous improvement, sales effectiveness, and execution excellence Monitor progress against targets and develop corrective action plans when required to deliver financial and strategic objective
