About The Role
As a Graduate, your role responsibilities will vary based on your rotation. Graduate Program responsibilities include: Successfully completing a series of rotations across relevant business areas throughout the 18-month Graduate Program. Contributing to projects, initiatives and operational activities that support business and customer outcomes. Developing your understanding of Great Southern Bank's customers, products, services, operations and strategic priorities. Analysing information, identifying issues and contributing practical solutions to business challenges. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Building productive working relationships and actively contributing to positive team environments within the Graduate cohort and across the business. Adapting to different teams, responsibilities, working environments and priorities throughout the program. Taking ownership of assigned work and delivering activities to agreed quality standards and timeframes. Seeking and responding constructively to feedback to improve your performance and capability. Participating in structured learning, development, networking and Graduate Program activities. Applying learning from each rotation to future assignments and broader business challenges. Demonstrating sound judgement, professionalism and accountability in your work. Your experience As an entry-level development opportunity, previous professional experience is not essential. We value the different experiences and perspectives graduates bring via: Internships, vacation programs or work placements. Part-time or casual employment. University projects, assignments and group work. Volunteering and community involvement. Extracurricular activities, clubs or societies. Leadership, sporting or other team-based experiences.
