Project Manager- MES

Are you an experienced PM with a passion for digital transformation and manufacturing excellence? We are looking for a driven professional to lead the execution of a large-scale digitalization program, ensuring successful delivery across systems, stakeholders, and technology partners. Tasks Maintain the digitalization roadmap, portfolio dashboard, and program governance processes. Drive planning cycles, status reviews, executive reporting, and steering committee communications. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions; maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation plans. Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and external spending. Ensure scope control and effective change management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, vendors, and implementation partners. Support vendor performance management and follow up on delivery commitments. Lead testing and validation activities to ensure end-to-end system functionality within the factory environment. Support the Digitalization Leader by driving execution and program delivery. Requirements Proven experience leading complex IT, OT, digital transformation, or system implementation programs. Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments preferred. Strong background in program governance, portfolio management, financial control, risk management, and executive reporting. Good understanding of MES, WMS, SAP ECC, and integrated manufacturing systems. Knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, and shop-floor operations. Experience managing multi-system, multi-vendor integration projects. Understanding of testing and validation processes for large-scale system deployments. Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and steering committees. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to delivery. Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
