KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking 8 motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Pension Administration team . The interns will support the team with data clean-up, validation, and administrative activities, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional pensions' environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support data clean-up, validation, and maintenance of pension records.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation using Excel and other systems.
- Support the team with general pension administration activities.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The following experience is preferred
- Minimum KCSE grade of B (Plain) and above or its equivalent
- Second Class Upper Division or above at undergraduate level.
- Degree in Business Administration, BCom, IT, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
