工作职责：CRM System Management Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and reliable customer, distributor, outlet, sales, and inventory information. Customer and Outlet Management Register, update, verify, and maintain customer and outlet records, including outlet mapping and classification across different territories. Sales Data Management Capture, monitor, and analyze sales transactions, purchase orders, customer orders, and sales performance data from the field. Distributor Management Support the registration and management of distributors, monitor their activities, and ensure that distributor information and transactions are properly updated in the CRM. Pre-Sales Support Provide technical and operational support to pre-sales representatives and van sales teams using the CRM system, including resolving login, synchronization, and data-entry issues. Purchase Order Management Monitor the creation, processing, and status of purchase orders in the CRM and ensure that orders are accurately recorded and followed up. Inventory Monitoring Track inventory information through the CRM and identify discrepancies between system records and physical stock to support effective stock management. CRM Data Analysis and Reporting Generate regular CRM reports on sales, orders, outlet coverage, inventory, distributor performance, and other key performance indicators to support management decisions. System Troubleshooting and User Training Identify and report CRM-related technical issues and train sales staff, promoters, and other users on the proper use of CRM features and procedures. CRM Improvement and Performance Monitoring Monitor CRM usage and identify areas for improvement, recommend system enhancements, and work with relevant departments to improve sales automation, data accuracy, and overall CRM effectiveness. 任职资格：Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field
