What you can expect

You own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Windows Client and Workplace <Services.You> gather and prioritise business requirements and manage the product <backlog.You> translate business needs into technical solutions and user <stories.You> collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and service providers to deliver enhancements and new <capabilities.You> drive continuous improvement, automation, and workplace innovation <initiatives.You> monitor service performance, user satisfaction, and operational <KPIs.You> ensure compliance with security, governance, and organisational <standards.You> manage vendors and external service <providers.You> provide technical guidance and promote best practices across the organisation.

What we expect from you

You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, Technical Lead, or in a similar IT <role.You> have strong experience in Windows Client Management and modern endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune and <Autopilot.You> have solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Identity & Access <Management.You> have experience with IT Service Management as well as security, compliance, and governance standards in an enterprise <environment.You> are experienced in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing stakeholders across different <functions.You> have experience working with external service providers and leading cross-functional <teams.You> are fluent in English and willing to participate in on-call duties and travel within Europe. German is an advantage.
