About The Role
POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
This position is available in Europcar Shared Service Center in Data Management team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow the Core Model in place to maintain the quality of Customer and Europcar Network data in key systems
- Maintain an excellent level of data consistency and integrity in key systems
- Accountable for a correct analysis on the inputs provided by all Business teams
- Manage new customer set-ups and changes in support of business processes
- Accountability for managing the administration of all customer-related data
- Ensuring a correct technical action that fully meets the expectations
- Identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Supporting improvement programs
- Informing Team Lead of any issues or opportunities with existing activities
- Special data related projects as assigned by management

Qualifications for the Position
High School Completed
- Strong computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools / Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Google tools will be highly valued
- Experience with Salesforce will be highly valued
- Experience with GDS applications will be highly valued
- Previous contact with Business Objects will be highly valued
English Level B2
- Experience on working in a Multinational & cross-functional, collaborative team environment
- Experience on working on Sales Support function

- Good understanding of business processes and able to get autonomy in a consistent way
- Has a proactive, “take-charge” work ethic, showing ambition and a drive to succeed
- Excellent team player. Able to work well within the own team, as well as building strong relationships with all other internal and external stakeholders
