Engineer for

our

Qatar

operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions

Skill

Set required

-

Minimum

• 8 years of experience engineering solutions and instrumentation for
• EMC and HP Storage Area Networks (SAN) for mission critical,
• enterprise applications and databases
• -

Linux

• Red Hat, RHCE certifications will be an advantage
• -

Strong

• NetBackup experience is required
• -

Hand

• on experience with VMware technologies, VMware Certified
• Professionals is a plus
• -

Should

• have extensive technical knowledge and experience in operational
• maintenance, availability, capacity planning, and monitoring of
• critical Storage Area Networking (SAN)

Key

Responsibilities

-

Design,

• deploy, configure, and maintain Brocade SAN switches.
• -

Linux

• and UNIX server infrastructure administration and performing
• operational support activities (installation, configuration,
• upgrades, patching troubleshooting, performance tuning.
• -

Oversee

• NetBackup infrastructure to ensure that best practices are in place
• and the infrastructure is optimized for performance and reliability
• -

Work

• with the team to restructure the existing backup infrastructure and
• set a strategic plan for disaster recovery.
• -

Provide

• technical leadership in the design, installation, configuration, and
• implementation of VMware products and services

• be deputed to one of the leading Govt Organizations in Qatar.
