What You'll Do

Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
Complete Annual Wellness Visits, Medicare wellness visits, and Well-Child Visits
Focus on preventive care, not urgent care
Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits
Support seniors and families in their homes
Document visits using modern EMR/EHR tools
Must-Haves
1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Comfortable with local, same-day travel and extended travel assignments
Open to nationwide travel anywhere within the U.S. based on business and patient coverage needs
Comfortable with frequent travel and changing coverage areas, potentially on a week-to-week basis
Nice to Have
Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
Experience documenting patient visits in an EMR/EHR system

Home visits will start in Benton County, AR
Travel assignments may extend anywhere within the U.S. based on business and patient coverage needs
Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and changing coverage areas, potentially on a week-to-week basis
Schedules are typically provided about 2 weeks in advance to help with travel planning
Required travel time is paid, including out-of-state travel and flights to and from assignments
For local or same-day visits, eligible mileage is reimbursed at $0.725 per mile
For extended or out-of-state assignments, covered travel expenses may include transportation, flights, rental car when needed, hotel, and meals
Mobile field role with EMR/EHR charting
