At Canon, we're looking for an experienced Consultant – EMEA Learning & Capability Development to help drive our capability agenda across Sales, Marketing, Service, Corporate Functions, and Management Development.

This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional L&D and become a trusted strategic partner, translating business priorities into impactful learning solutions that build future-ready capabilities across our organisation.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability needs
  • Translate strategic priorities into innovative development frameworks, programmes, and learning journeys
  • Lead capability diagnostics to uncover skills, behavioural, and mindset gaps
  • Design scalable, high-impact learning solutions using modern and digital learning approaches
  • Act as the product owner for development solutions, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging, and effective
  • Influence senior stakeholders and investment decisions through data-driven insights
  • Measure success through behavioural change, capability growth, and business impact
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Learning & Capability, Talent, and Business Functions to create a seamless learner experience.
  • Significant experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Organisational Development, or a related field
  • Experience operating within complex, matrix organisations
  • Expertise in one or more areas such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Functional Capability or Leadership Development
  • A strong track record of designing and delivering scalable learning solutions with measurable business impact
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability
  • A passion for innovation, digital learning, and continuous improvement.

This role is pay between £56,373 - £67,920 depending on experience + 10% bonus and benefits.
