At Mabrey Bank, you’ll do more than process transactions. You’ll build lasting relationships and help customers reach their financial goals. As a Part-Time Relationship Banker, you’ll gain hands-on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations while being part of a supportive, family-owned bank that invests in your growth.

This is a part-time position. Schedule can be flexible but usual days and hours are

• Monday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Thursday: 11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Occasional rotating Saturdays
• Hours may vary depending on business needs.
• What you’ll need to be our Part-Time Relationship Banker
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn banking systems and processes
• What you’ll do as a Part-Time Relationship Banker
• Provide exceptional customer service in personal banking and teller transactions
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in daily operations
