Head of Acquisition

Join our team as the Head of Acquisition, where you will lead customer acquisition and drive business growth across international markets. You will design and implement a multi-channel acquisition strategy, manage campaigns and budgets, and collaborate closely with creative teams. This role requires strong experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition, ideally within ecommerce or DTC brands. You will be based in Barcelona with a flexible schedule and the possibility to work from home.

• Lead the design and implementation of a multi-channel acquisition strategy across various international markets, focusing on diversification beyond Meta.
• Manage and optimize campaigns and budgets for Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring a strong focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the acquisition team, driving the adoption of AI tools and new technologies to improve productivity and performance.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with high budgets
• AI-friendly and comfortable leveraging technology to improve performance and productivity
• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Triple Whale or similar platforms
• 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth or Digital Acquisition, ideally within ecommerce or DTC brands
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or multi-market consumer brands will be highly valued
• Knowledge of SEO, Affiliates and Influencer-driven acquisition strategies
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Analytical and business-oriented mindset with strong performance understanding
• Fluent Spanish and high English level
