CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Join MSX International, a global leader in providing innovative solutions and services to the automotive industry. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing dealer submitted claims, maintaining program reports, and troubleshooting rejected claims. You will also assist in evaluating claims for warranty coverage and documenting claim entry procedures. This is a full-time position that requires prior OEM claim entry experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.

• Act as a subject matter expert for internal staff, dealers, and OEM personnel regarding claim entry issues and questions.
• Review dealer submitted claims for accuracy, develop and maintain basic program reports, and contact fleet customers for claims exceeding a specific dollar value.
• Evaluate claims to determine if Basic Manufacturer’s Warranty, Extended Plan Coverage, or other OEM program coverage may apply.
• Prior OEM claim entry experience required
• Prior warranty coverage review experience required
• 3-5 years claims experience required
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal skills

• Excellent Follow-up
• Microsoft Word (entry level)
• Microsoft Excel (entry level)
• Ability to balance changing priorities and to provide regular status reports as requested

**Required Education**

Associates Degree is preferred, but not required
