About The Role
Join our team as a Contracts Negotiator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting contract negotiation and lifecycle activities. You will analyze contract terms, draft and revise contract language, coordinate contract workflows, and maintain accurate contract records. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple workflows, and a thorough understanding of contract processes. - Support the review, negotiation, and processing of contracts and agreements using approved templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines.
- Analyze contract terms to identify issues, deviations, risks, and required approvals in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, execution steps, and document routing to support timely completion.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret contract language using defined guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple contract workflows and meet defined timelines
- Typical experience: 3+ years in related role or experience
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
- Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate written materials and documentation
- Ability to apply professional judgment and structured problem-solving within established policies and procedures
- This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and involves frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment
- It also requires effective communication in person and through digital channels, occasional movement within the workspace, and handling of light materials (typically under 10 pounds)
- Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. It may be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs and applicable work arrangements
- Standard working hours apply, though flexibility may be required to accommodate deadlines or collaboration across time zones

- Education: University degree preferred
- Familiarity with contract negotiation, contract lifecycle management, or commercial contracting processes
- Experience supporting legal, commercial, procurement, or contract operations activities
- Exposure to contract management systems, workflow tools, or document repositories
- Relevant, non-region-specific professional certifications related to contracts or commercial operations
