Senior Programme Editor / Senior Events Producer (12-month contract)

Join The Economist Group, a global media and information-services company. As a Senior Programme Editor, you will lead programme development for digital events and in-person conferences, oversee strategic portfolios, and contribute to revenue growth. You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations. The role requires significant experience in event programme creation, strong research skills, exceptional organization and time-management skills, and strong written communication skills.

• Lead programme development for assigned digital events and in-person conferences, including research, speaker management, and on-site delivery.
• Oversee one or more strategic portfolios, contribute to revenue growth, and work closely with the commercial team to develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and develop high-level contacts and relationships with governments and influential industry bodies and players in key markets.
