Bilingual SEO Specialist (English / Spanish)

Join FareHarbor, a leading provider of booking software for the tourism industry. As a Bilingual SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the organic and AI search visibility of our clients' websites. You will conduct SEO audits, develop optimization roadmaps, and report on the impact of your work across both English- and Spanish-speaking client portfolios. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Denver office.

• Conduct SEO audits of clients' websites in English and Spanish, including keyword, local, and technical recommendations.
• Perform keyword research, local audits, and competitive analysis across English- and Spanish-language search markets.
• Track, report, and analyze the impact of SEO recommendations, and collaborate with Account Managers and client stakeholders on SEO strategy.

• Desire for the challenge of a new puzzle every day
• Recommended experience with Excel, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
• Comfort using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in day-to-day SEO workflows
• Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and how content surfaces in AI-driven search
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
• Ability to think critically and strategically about how to increase website conversions
• Desire to improve and grow within the organization
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically, and to identify and resolve problems
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort taking ownership over a project
• 1+ years in a digital marketing or SEO role
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• Experience with DNS
• Understanding of <schema.org> and structured data implementation
• Experience with Data Studio
• Experience managing client portfolios and communications
• Experience with SEO for Spanish-language markets (Mexico, Central and South America, Spain, US Hispanic)
• Experience with Content Management Systems (Weebly, Wix, Joomla, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, WordPress, etc.)
• Experience with HTML and CSS
