About The Role

Join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Founder. In this role, you will be a strategic partner, managing the Founder's calendar, coordinating communications, and assisting with special projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in event planning, hospitality, or private client services.   • Manage and optimize the Founder's calendars, ensuring alignment across priorities, commitments, and time-sensitive decisions.
  • Coordinate communications on behalf of the Founder, including email triage, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • This role requires someone who can bring structure to a fast-paced environment, ensure critical tasks are tracked and completed, and help maximize the Founder’s effectiveness and productivity
  • Experience handling confidential information, personal logistics, and ad hoc requests with discretion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly personalized environment
  • Experience managing complex scheduling, travel, and logistics across multiple priorities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs proactively
  • Strong background in event planning, hospitality or private client services
  • Proven experience supporting an individual, Founder, or executive in a similar role
