About The Role

Join Lucid Software as an EMEA Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work closely with a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving product adoption and helping customers achieve their business goals. You will build and strengthen relationships with key contacts, manage a portfolio of accounts, conduct regular business reviews, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience. This position requires a technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Lucid Suite and demonstrate how to integrate it into customer workflows.
  • Create and implement strategies to help companies continually adopt the Lucid Suite to meet their objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key contacts, navigating organizational structures to deepen partnerships.
  • Technical background (e.g. engineering) or very strong technical aptitude with a desire to become a Lucid Suite expert
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives
  • Must be able to work in the EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid work - 2 days in office, Tuesdays & Thursdays)
  • Proficient in using various tools to manage customer relationships and ensure business continuity
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical presentations to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
  • At least 2 years experience in CX, Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with a bias toward exploring ideas rather than dismissing them
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment
  • Outstanding task management skills across diverse responsibilities
  • Empathy and a strong passion for problem-solving
  • Other European languages
