Director of Global Commercial Marketing

Join Dailymotion Advertising as the Director of Global Commercial Marketing. In this hands-on player-coach role, you will lead a team of two and create key commercial materials that help Sales win. You will own and evolve the global commercial story, develop scalable commercial propositions, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Insights. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in commercial marketing, exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of digital advertising and the media ecosystem.

• Lead and develop a team while personally creating and shaping key commercial materials.
• Own and evolve the global commercial story for Dailymotion Advertising, creating and improving global sales decks and agency presentations.
• Build scalable commercial propositions and go-to-market packages around advertiser needs, priority verticals, market moments, and Dailymotion Advertising solutions.

• Strong understanding of digital advertising, video, CTV, programmatic and the broader media ecosystem
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and high standards for commercial output
• A player-coach mindset with experience leading a small team while staying close to execution
• 8+ years of experience in commercial marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement, integrated B2B marketing or a related role within advertising, media, adtech or technology
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with hands-on experience creating senior-level sales and agency materials
• Ability to turn complex capabilities, data, insights and market opportunities into simple, compelling commercial stories
• Strong understanding of how agencies and advertisers evaluate media partners and advertising solutions
