Product Manager (F/H)

Join Dalma, a growing company, as a Product Manager. In this role, you will lead end-to-end projects, drive business impact, and collaborate with various stakeholders. You should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role, a strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and a culture fit with Dalma's core values. Familiarity with product analytics tools and past experience in a start-up/scale-up are nice to have.

• Prendre en charge les projets de bout en bout, de la découverte à la livraison, en veillant à une exécution de haute qualité.
• Expédier des fonctionnalités qui ont un impact sur l'acquisition et la rétention des clients, en optimisant les flux d'abonnement et les outils de gestion internes.
• Collaborer avec divers intervenants de l'entreprise pour comprendre leurs besoins et élaborer des solutions en collaboration avec l'équipe de conception et d'ingénierie.

**Must have:**

• **Experience:** 2 to 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role
• **Execution & Discovery:** You know how to scope a problem, talk to users, write clear specs, and work with engineers to ship it.
• **Business Sense:** You understand that great products drive business metrics. You are comfortable tracking data and measuring the impact of what you ship.
• **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in French and English). You can align stakeholders and explain the "why" behind your product choices.
• **Culture Fit:** You strictly align with Dalma’s core values—you are a true team player, ambitious yet humble, and fundamentally benevolent.

**Nice to have:**

• Past experience in a start-up/scale-up.
• Familiarity with Product analytics tools.
