About The Role

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition department. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract skilled professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and then source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process, and providing ongoing support to our employees.

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods.
  • Evaluate and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
