About The Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Executive HR to join our HRBP department and lead our human resources function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving organizational excellence.

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored HR solutions.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelining.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to upskill the workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and ethical work environment.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular workforce planning and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving HR strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting HR data and making informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are an advantage.
  • Experience in the technology industry is highly desirable.
