About The Role

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Time & Labor (OTL) Lead Consultant , you’ll work on complex and high-visibility OTL implementations across global clients, with a strong focus on US time and attendance requirements. You'll lead end-to-end OTL solution design, configuration, integrations, and quarterly updates. Between project assignments, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements, internal solutions, and process improvements.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions;
  • Execute 3+ full life-cycle OTL implementations, specifically for US-based clients;
  • Collaborate with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Costing teams for seamless module integration;
  • Manage and validate quarterly OTL product updates and releases;
  • Partner with technical teams to design OTL-related integrations, interfaces, and reports;
  • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities;
  • Configure OTL rules and components, including time entry layouts, validation rules, calculation rules, and workforce compliance rules;
  • Integrate OTL with biometric and clock-in/out devices using delivered REST APIs, and support custom device integrations aligned with standard OTL functionality;
  • Develop custom Oracle Time & Labor reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP);
  • Address all functional and configuration queries related to Oracle Time & Labor.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field;
  • 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Time & Labor Cloud;
  • Strong hands-on expertise in OTL configuration, including time entry, validation, calculation, and compliance rules;
  • Experience with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Costing linkages;
  • Experience delivering full life-cycle OTL projects, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment;
  • Deep understanding of OTL integrations, including biometric devices and REST APIs, and proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for building custom OTL reports;
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
